The vast majority of Crypto Degenerates, myself included, are heavily comprised of males 30-45 years old. The team wanted to create a project that targeted this audience. "Fight Club" is a cult classic movie and the majority of our target audience has seen it. Because of this, Crypto Fight Club was born. Exactly 25 years from the day of release this project was announced. Don't be confused though, this is not just a memecoin. It will be a far reaching community driven project consisting of individual missions, community missions and project collaborations. I highly encourage everyone to read this document in it's entirety so you can truly understand the depth and reach this project will have. This project is about positivity, doing absolutely ridiculous acts, having fun, networking, charity, and selflessness. The way it is designed is to be the first truly community driven project of its kind. This is all an untested method never done before. Given that fact, nothing in this document is financial advice. The only thing guaranteed is that we are going to have fun! If you believe in our concept then you will understand why and how we will never be paying influencers or KOLs. We are creating something they are talking about because they have to, not because we pay them!

Our project will have 2 phases. The first is Crypto Fight Club and for the second, we will be evolving into project Mayhem.
During the first phase we will we will be deploying our liquidity, all of which was raised in presale, into a Raydium Pool which is locked forever and earns a transaction tax of .25%. None of these taxes go to the team or marketing. Once we have raised an adequate amount of funding, those taxes will be used to fund phase 2 by adding an additional, larger liquidity pool of the same type which will yeild 2% on transactions. At that time phase 2 will be announced. The idea behind this is we would like to establish a large base of community supporters and work on community engagment in a sustainable way. Growing a community and adoption of or vision will be much more tangible starting our with a smaller .25% tax by encouraging volume while we are at a smaller initial market cap.

We like to be transparent so this information is made public for anyone to see. A project of this size and scope with as many moving parts as we have will require a large motivated team. We have offered a presale to those involved. A strong diamond handed team is very important and 100% of the funds raised during presale are being immediately put into the project. Each of the team members have had an opportunity to purchase a maximum 1% of the supply at the exchange rate of 4Sol/10MilSoap. A second investor round will be made to our TG community to those who would like to invest but are not on the team at the rate of 4Sol/5milSoap with a maximum of .5% of supply. This presale is an attempt to raise funds for liquidity and startup costs using a maximum of 25% of the supply. These tokens will be disbursed immediately with no lock-up period. The website will have a built in Meme Generator which anyone can upload a selfie of themselves or someone else and add things like black eyes, bruises, blood stains and bandages as well as Crypto Fight Club Stickers in cartoon fashion as to not get tagged for violent or disturbing images on social media. These can be used to display on social media. Using this to generate a meme of someone else goes along with the last rule of fight club which is "If it's your first night at Crypto Fight Club, you have to fight." Memeing someone else with our generator and tagging that person on Social Media constitutes a "Fight," which is one of the Personal Mission Check-offs(more info below)

Our TG will be a relaxed and members will not be allowed to talk about Crypto Fight Club. In fact, after launch we will be utilizing a bot to temporarily mute any member who uses "Fight Club" in the chat. This is a place for hanging out, relaxing, participating in daily raids, and discussing the project who wins our weekly community competition on X(more info below). The word "Jeet", will also be filtered, instead, the community is encouraged to use the phrase, "His name was Robert Paulson." As for bots, We will be running two separate buy bots one consisting of Crypto Fight Club buys and the other buy bot will be changed weekly listing buys for the winner of the community X challenge(more info below). In addition we will have a sell bot displaying large sells and will be themed with art of HIS NAME WAS ROBERT PAULSON. In our community sells can be celebrated as volume that contributes to the health of the project. Those that truly know our goals will understand the long term potential and will not be focused on charts.
Personal Missions and Earning NFT's
This will truly be a community driven project and personal missions are the first pillar of making this happen. We have compiled a task list of must complete items to earn an NFT. NFT holders will be able to use this status to vote weekly on how we distribute some of the taxes such as burning/marketing/liquidity/charity/misc. In addition these members may qualify for weekly airdrops of an undisclosed amount comprising of token we buy from other projects. A designated member of the team will be made responsible to verify the following tasks have been completed and distribute NFT's. Those holders will be invited to a private channel where weekly voting will take place.

People will be asked to screen record this and encouraged to keep recording to catch the speaker panels reactions. This will be provided to us as proof. We will be using these clips and posting them to Social Media Platforms such as X, TIKTOK and laughing about them in our TG.
This solves the problem of a single Dev being able to be on multiple spaces. Anyone in the community can do this and the script is written for them. They do not need to know the ins and outs of our project or even be a good speaker.
Community Missions
As a collective we will always have an active community mission and goal to achieve shedding positive light on our project. Some of these missions may include raising 10k for testicular cancer charity. Something to go along with themes from the movie.
Crypto Fight Club X account uses and Spaces
Our X account and Spaces will play a large role in the success of our Project. The main account will consist of a weekly pinned post which will be posted every Friday night inviting every crypto project to guest speak on our next Space. In this pinned post the two crypto projects that show up the most at the end of the week will get a chance to fight each other in a Poll Battle on X the following week. The winner of that fight will receive the following:
Featured on our upcoming space where we will be utilizing 1/4 of our earned tax for the week to purchase live on air the winning project. All of these tokens will all BE 100% GIVEN AWAY! "It's only once you've lost everything, you are free to do anything." -Tyler Durden. Those who will be eligible to receive these tokens are NFT holders, X airdrops, and participants of our space. In addition to us buying tokens of the winning project and being a featured speaker, we will also be Posting an X airdrop pinned post similar to "Follow us + Follow (winner) and Drop SOL address below for a chance to win free tokens." This will also earn our X account and the winners account approximately 300-500 followers(An estimate obviously based on the growth of our account) each week with this simple post. A percentage of the tokens we buy will be airdropped to commentors on this post. But wait there is more! The winning community will be allowed to be discussed in our public TG for the week as well as us running a buy bot for them in our public Telegram.
Spaces format
The speakers will consist of Tyler Degen, Marla and Bob with bitch tits. We will give details of the purpose of our space and after that we will not talk about Crypto Fight Club. We are community built to do good, make partnerships and network. We will be talking about the feature project and letting them shill for 30mins followed by buying token live, followed by letting other projects shill and other people speak. Just for scope here is an example of how this would look given we have a week with just $1,000,000 in trading volume.
Scenario- $1,000,000 in Crypto Fight Club trading volume. (These funds will be an average weekly volume over a 4 week period. We will accomplish this by hosting 3 initial spaces after initial launch without buying other projects. By doing this we will be accounting for the week of the community post and the weekly "Fight" post between the two loudest communities and also give a time to coordinated with the leaders of the other project.
With this volume given in the above scenario we would raise $5,000.00 for giveaway. We make a pinned post for the duration of the following week saying "Which Crypto community wants us to buy $5,000 of their tokens and given them away, Be a featured guest on our spaces, earn 3-5 hundred X followers, have your buy bot ran in our TG for a week, and multiple new holders for absolutely nothing other than being the loudest community."
The idea behind this is acquiring not only individuals to shill us but ENTIRE COMMUNITIES!
For once we have an opportunity to be a project that actually helps other projects and not just talk about it. Going a step further, imaging what is going to happen when we have $10,000,000 in volume and on air live buying 50k worth of a project. Our spaces will appeal to not only other projects but investors as well because they are going to know what we are buying before we buy it.
